What’s amazing about this type of knot is that when there is a big storm and the knot experiences pressure, it won’t become undone. In fact, it just gets tighter and closer. This is such an amazing way to view marriage. Michael and I have definitely experienced this to be true. When things get a little crazy and life seems to be throwing you curve balls left and right, you can either allow it to unify you or divide you. This is why I love my job so much. Michael and I are constantly being reminded of how sacred and precious our marriage is every time we photograph a wedding and here beautiful traditions like this!!!
Micah and Hayden had the most amazing February weather and sunlight! Capturing GLOW in the dead of winter isn’t easy and yet we had a chance to photograph so much of it! I’m so thankful that these newlyweds were willing to hop in our car, drive to a few locations AND stand on the very edge of a little waterfall!!! It was worth it! You just wait and see!!
Micah and Hayden, Congratulations! You both have so much to look forward to! I can’t wait to see all that the Lord does through your marriage and we are both just so excited for you two!! Enjoy this exciting new season of life and ENJOY your blog post!!!!
I loved this little bouquet!!
I really loved this candid getting ready shot of the girls!
Micah and Hayden met on a mission trip to India!! So her shoes and henna were so appropriate!
Hayden started writing to Micah in a journal as soon as they started dating and she gave it to him on their wedding day!!
His first look reaction was priceless!
Isn’t this SUCH a fun location! Their venue is nestled in a little spot right beside the river!
Oh Hayden, Micah is one lucky man!! You’re stunning, girl!
Ooohh la la! Isn’t this beautiful!
Look at this GORGEOUS backdrop!!! ah!
Think they’re excited much?!
I love these sweet moments right after the ceremony!
Oh that floral backdrop! It was amazing!
And then this happened…

Loved this light!!!! So thankful for time for these glowy portraits!
Each table represented a different part of their life!
