We knew that we loved Doug and Amanda from their engagement session. You can tell that they’re in love and they care so deeply for one another. However, their love for one another was NEVER so evident as it was on their wedding day. From Doug’s very first glance at Amanda, he couldn’t hold back the tears. Neither one of them could! And the tears didn’t fade. They cried and smiled and looked at one another throughout the entire ceremony and even afterwards during the recessional! They were both so overcome with emotion and happiness. It was so beautiful to document!
Their day was PERFECT! Earlier on in the week there was a threat of a HURRICANE blowing through but it missed us just in the knick of time and they were blessed with a gorgeous 81 degree day and sunshine!! That sunshine made for the most amazing sunset portraits! I’m so thankful for clients who care about their portraits! We cut family portraits a bit short just to rush down to the field before the sun dipped over the mountain and I’m SO glad that we did!!! Just wait until you see them!
Doug and Amanda! I hope your honeymoon is just as incredible as your wedding was! You two have such beautiful families and it was such an honor to be the ones capturing your memories of the day!!!! We love you both!
