skies were overcast…. and I was excited!! What does that mean? Well let me tell you! It means I could shoot anywhere I wanted for Nate and Catherine’s First Look! FREEDOM!!! Woohoo! I love overcast days so much! The colors are brighter, the light is awesome and it’s not as HOT! This day was starting perfectly and it continued to get better and better. I started with the girls in an adorable country cabin down the road from the venue. I knew most of these girls from CNU and so I had been looking forward to this time with them for a while! the term “eye candy”??  Well you’re about to experience some “Eye Candy” in about 30 seconds after you read this and view Ryan and Annamarie’s post! Oh. my. gosh. What as gorgeous day!! From beginning to end! The locations, the details, the people…. it was wonderful! I knew Anna was detail oriented and we had talked about some of her ideas but I had no clue how everything had come together! I loved it ALL!! Ryan and Annamarie were married last Saturday and I have been looking forward to this one ALL YEAR! People have actually asked me, “When’s the TEAL TRUCK couple’s wedding”?! (Referring to their engagement session!)

this post for HOURS. Every time I blog a wedding I tell myself “narrow down your images Katelyn! You can’t blog them all!”.  I’m seriously trying to work on it. I’ve found a little trick that is helping me blog fewer images but I’ll share that later on the in post! So this past weekend was my first double wedding weekend of the year! Whew! My feet are still recovering! However, I have never felt more loved than I did at these two weddings.  So many guests and family members were so encouraging and very excited to see these images! That’s so amazing for me. It’s a great reminder that what I am doing is such a huge part of the wedding day
