  • Adam + Lauren

The part of the service came when it was time to share their vows. He took her hands and before he could make out the first line of his promises to her, the tears came flooding in. Big time. It was the sweetest thing. In that one moment, the whole room knew without a doubt just how much love Adam has for Lauren, his new bride.  They exchanged rings and Lauren smiled the biggest smile when she placed that ring on his left hand. I remember seeing a ring on Michael’s ring finger for the first time. That one little aspect of the day makes it all seem SO REAL!! They shared a kiss and and exited the sanctuary,  only to turn around and greet every row of guests! Talk about a lot of hugs and kisses!!

I’m sure they were exhausted…..but yet they kept on going and gave me a ton of time to work with them in a neighboring state park for some portraits! Thank goodness we out ran the rain! I would have been heartbroken to go all the way to Delaware and leave without some money shots!

Jill and I absolutely LOVED working with Adam and Lauren. They are the sweetest. Adam is so calm and soft spoken while Lauren is a ball of smiling energy! It became more and more apparent throughout the day just how well they balance each other out. It was such a privilege to be there for this wedding day!! Delaware, you treated us well and we’re so thankful for no rain!!! So enjoy my take on the wedding day and have a wonderful Tuesday!!’

A HUGE Thanks to my good friend and second shooter, Jill! She’s so wonderful and I can’t thank her enough for driving home after a long day of shooting!!! She’s the best!!

Lauren you look AH-MAZING!!

Yesss…

Lauren’s parents in their kitchen before leaving for their only daughters wedding…so sweet:)

Thanks to Jill for these shots of the guys!

Lauren and Adam spent a few minutes with their families before the ceremony but Adam was blindfolded!

Married!!!

This is why it’s fun to have a second shooter!!

Look at that good looking bridal party! whew!! There were a lot of them but they were so awesome and cooperative! It made my job easy:)

Ha! Love this! Adam was showing off his “blue steel” look:)
