A Rustic Lexington Virginia Wedding Venue

  • Big Spring Farm

sat our friends Buddy and Jill down when we first started dreaming of what it would be like to go full time together and told them everything. Our fears, our hopes, and all of the big decisions that needed to be made. There is something so powerful about sharing your dreams and your burdens with close friends. • John + Lisa | Engaged

you remember last Friday? If you are in Virginia, it was a nasty day. Torrential downpours, grey skies and it was going to stay that way ALL DAY. This shoot wasn’t something we could reschedule because John and Lisa traveled from NEW YORK to have these done on campus!! I will admit that as my windshield wipers were going at full speed on the drive down, I was a little concerned. However, I can honestly say that despite the rain, this is one of my favorite campus engagement sessions!

What could possibly go wrong?! I was right, it was an amazing huddle. 8 hours flew by but so much was covered during our time together! What I loved most about the huddle was that the pressure wasn’t on one person to carry the conversation.
