A Downtown Lexington Engagement Shoot

  • Aaron + Meredith | Engaged

have been many moments in my business where I have made some amazing connections. It’s just crazy how the internet works! Meredith started following my blog years and years ago because I had taken some pictures of a family that we’re mutual friends with. At the time, that little shoot didn’t seem like a big deal at all…. however, I had no idea how God was going to use it years down the road. Meredith kept following the blog and we made a connection through our mutual friend, Kim and before I knew it, I received the “Ah! I’m engaged!” email from Meredith.

  • Coaching

have been so many amazing new coaching friends that have come into our life the last two months! I thought that during the down season, I would have more free days for “ask anything” posts and more personal posts but I have YET to have a week like that! Between travels and weekend adventures and off season engagement shoots, the blogging schedule has stayed full! I’m excited to share a beauuutiful wintery engagement session later this week but today I’m showing off some coaching friends!

college I learned a lot of great things. I still remember some of my “Communication Theories” and a few of my many presentations from my four years at CNU. However, the most memorable and life changing thing I learned during my college years was the value of beautiful friendships. The friends that Michael and I made during our time at Christopher Newport University are friends that we plan on spending a lifetime with. They’re uplifting, life giving and we always leave our time with them feeling refreshed and joyful. You can’t find friends like that everywhere.
