  • Good Things

How long has it been since I’ve done a “Good Things” post?! For-ever!! Wow! It’s been so long that I may need to re-explain what this series is all about. Basically, when I first started blogging, I would share a few things here and there about the things I loved!! It started out with things like lip gloss and magazines and then it grew to Diet Mountain Dews and Filet-o-Fish! Weird, I know. But somehow, people connect to this stuff. I LOVE reading about other photographer’s favorite things!! Well today I wasn’t to share three more “Good Things” that I am loving! Let’s get to it! :

  • Plus Sites & Pass

friend Deborah Zoe emailed me with a GREAT question the other day! It was so great that I thought that it would make a great blog post! I love sharing about my plus sites because I just started to use them a little over a year ago and they are GENIUS! However, I have found that a lot of photographers that are knowledgable about SHOWIT’s websites aren’t always knowledgable about the purpose of plus sites. So I’m going to break down why they are so beneficial for my business! Let me first explain a little about what plus sites are! I started using Showit four years ago!

  • The New House

living our house building experience through pictures right now. It’s a little nerve racking to think that we’re missing a full week and a half of work but we have some great house sitters (aka, our parents) who are keeping us up to date on the progress. Building a house is just a crazy experience…. and we do love it! We are just so thankful for the advice that we received about visiting the site everyday and taking a ton of pictures (like I would really have an issue with that). Right now they’re probably finishing the stone on the front and who knows what’s happening on the interior!
