February 2013 | Jordan, Amanda & Roxanne

  • Coaching

hate that the blog has been down all week! Posts were planned and they didn’t happen because my hosting company upgraded servers and switching my IP addresses took 48 hours. UGH. But I’m BACK! And I have so much to share. Michael and I have been in Santa Barbara this week for UNITED and it has been wonderful… absolutely wonderful! We are so blessed by this community of photographers and friends! I can’t wait to share more! That will be coming next week! For now, meet some of my newest photog friends! Roxanne and Jordan + Amanda shared a coaching session last week and they were so amazing!!

Feeling Sentimental

  • Baby Bokeh

has these moments when she gets super “sentimental”. We know when they are coming because she starts hugging everyone and telling us she loves us. These “sentimental” spells are normally caused by someone talking about when we were younger or how fast time has flown by. I know it’s different with kids, but when I see pictures of baby Bokeh boy, I get sentimental. He was only so small for such a short period of time!! It’s been almost exactly ONE year since we brought him home and we don’t know what we would do without him. I mean really?! Just look at that face! Happy Homecoming day Bokeh boy!! We love and miss you while we’re away!!

Concrete Adventures

  • The New House

better than showing up at JUST the right time for something! Sometimes we go to check on the house and we have impeccable timing!! This happened to us on Friday. We were stopping by to make our daily visit and we noticed the concrete truck was backed into the garage. After taking a quick look around, I was freezing and ready to get back in the car but Michael was slow to leave. I finally realized that he was secretly hoping to see the concrete being poured. As I walked back into the house, we heard the concrete truck start spinning faster and it was go time!!!
