The blog

is a wonderful thing. It allows me to connect with people and attract brides that really love my style and my business. I’m SO fortunate to be working with brides that have been blog-stalkers for some time now! It’s GREAT!!! …. And let me explain why. Meredith and TJ are a great example. Meredith and I (and the rest of the family) met months and months ago to chat about their wedding. We squeezed some extra chairs in my little office and I instantly loved them…. all of them. Mom, Dad, fiance’…. they were awesome. Meredith cares so much a her images and that makes us a perfect match! She knows my style and she really understands the

way I run my business because she has already been a part of it! Those that make checking the blog a part of their daily routine are a PART of my business!…. whether they know it or not!:) It BEST thing is when those daily blog checkers become my bride and groom. We’re comfortable with each other, we can have a good time and they trust me. Meredith, TJ and I walked around the campus of JMU last Friday and has a blast! I got to meet Meredith’s brother and his girlfriend and we casually made our way around campus. I loved hearing TJ and Mere talk about “oh we took classes here” and “where did THAT building come from?” and reminisce about their college life. I totally understand what it’s like to leave college and then come back to find that it’s SO different than when you left. CNU has exploded with gigantic new buildings and it’s like a totally different school!! (Had to throw my CNU plug in there somewhere!). I’m working with several JMU couples this year and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I love shooting at a location that MEANS something to the couple as so this was perfect for Meredith and TJ. As we walked around campus, I was so thankful for clients that feel like old friends. This session was so much fun…. it was COLD!!… but it was so so worth it! TJ and Meredith I just love you two and I cannot WAIT for the wedding to get here! It’s going to be here before we know it!! Enjoy my favs and have a fabulous Monday everyone!!!
