opening in a fence line and so we pulled over. The backdrop was unbelievable!! The light, the rolling hills, Craig and Jessica’s incredible model-like characteristics…. they all worked in my favor and I’m happy to say that we shot some great portraits!! Craig and Jess went to our church and they were some of the first people we met when we first moved to Richmond. Recently, they both got jobs in Crozet and moved out that way. We’re so sad to see them go but so excited as they start this new phase of life together. They just recently purchased their first home and let me say… it’s ADORABLE! I’ve never seen it in real life but the pics on facebook make it look picture perfect! Now they have some new portraits to fill their walls and it was an honor to spend the afternoon with them! Enjoy my favorites!!! … Love this first one:)
Now I realize these next two are almost identical. This is for the photographers out there. This first shot was shot with the 35 1.4 and the second was with the 50 1.2. You can really notice a difference when you look at the sky and amount of hills captured in the 35 vs. the 50. Just a little comparison for ya!
Do you guys have a fireplace?? Because I’m pretty sure this should be hanging overtop of it! You two look gooooood!
I just want to live on the hill!!!!! Love this location!
Ha! The shot on the right was what I was going for… perfect.
Intense!!! But I love it!!
You know I’m not a silhouette type of girl… but I had to show at least one:)
