A Winter Engagement Shoot in the Capital

  • Andrew + Maddie | Engaged

reaching the point when I finally feel like I’ve been out of college for quite some time. A year or so ago, I felt like I had just graduated and I still had a ton of friends and connections at CNU. Now, most of my friends have graduated and to be honest, if I was to walk around campus, the only people I would really know would be my friends that WORK for the university!! I feel old. However… just a little side note, we do have some pretty awesome friends heading to CNU next year as freshman and we’re SO excited for them!

1st Christmas on Camberley Court

  • Christmas Decor Inspiration

better late than never, right?! We have been decorating our home for Christmas sporadically throughout the month and I FINALLY took some time to photograph it this morning! Decorating for Christmas has been quite a process… a FUN process in my opinion but Michael may have a different take on it! :) I’m just kidding, Michael is such a trooper. When I say “Ya know, I think we need some more twigs here”…. he goes with me to the mall and we make a date night out of a quick “twig” run. It’s a win-win! He knows that I really enjoy decorating and while he does have some veto power, most of the time he lets me do whatever ideas pop into my head!!
