A Delaware Wedding | The Chase Center

  • Adam + Lauren

The part of the service came when it was time to share their vows. He took her hands and before he could make out the first line of his promises to her, the tears came flooding in. Big time. It was the sweetest thing. In that one moment, the whole room knew without a doubt just how much love Adam has for Lauren, his new bride.  They exchanged rings and Lauren smiled the biggest smile when she placed that ring on his left hand. I remember seeing a ring on Michael’s ring finger for the first time. That one little aspect of the day makes it all seem SO REAL!! When I shoot destination weddings I want them to be EXTRA special. These portraits

And then I read this line: “I really want to water ski  in my wedding dress.”  Wait WHAT?! This is amazing. I’ve had some people talk about doing crazy things like this but most couples don’t follow through because after the wedding, LIFE starts and things get busy. However, Katie and Britt were determined to make this happen and they got up early and met me at the lake. I was tired after their wedding and I know they had to be exhausted
